Backyard Bounce KY was a pleasure to deal with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful with the setup. They took the time to share the features of our rental and also were very detailed in making sure it was set up correctly and safe for the kids. We will be using Backyard Bounce KY again!

We used Backyard Bounce to rent a balloon house for our Candlelight Glow Party and it was wonderful! Well loved by all the children and Josh was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Backyard Bounce! We rented the blue castle with slide for my daughters birthday. It was clean, well cared for, scheduling was easy and efficient and delivery/set up was a breeze. Highly recommend the company! The owner was super accommodating and friendly, will definitely be using this company again.

We used the princess water slide this weekend and it was a huge hit for the birthday party. Thank you back yard bounce for setting up and taking it down. Yall are awesome. Will use again for sure.

Wonderful experience with Backyard Bounce! Easy to book, big variety of inflatables to choose from. We booked for a 5th birthday party at a church gym. The owner communicated with me frequently guaranteeing set-up date and time, he arrived to the venue early to guarantee easy set-up, and arrived promptly for take-down and even let the kids jump as long as possible until we had to leave the facility. The owner of the company gave us a 5-star level of customer service and made us feel like he really cared about us and our event and not like a business transaction. Can't say enough wonderful things about Backyard Bounce and the owner and how amazing he treated us and our event.

Backyard Bounce was easy to work with and very flexible. I was able to contact personnel through Facebook and text. Josh was friendly and punctual. The bounce houses were exactly like described and a big hit at the party!

We had a great and smooth experience renting from Backyard Bounce KY for our daughter's party. They have a wide selection of bounchouse and slides at a good price. Very responsive. They arrived on time and also did the setup and tear down. I highly recommend these guys!

It was raining all morning and we initially cancelled our appointment, but the rain cleared up and I reached out to see if there was any hope in getting set up to save my sons birthday party and he was at my house within an hour and even let me keep it a little bit longer since we got rained out for half a day. - Seth
